We understand environmental responsibility as the commitment to preserve and care for the environment. For this reason, we are committed to offering a range of sustainable tapes, fabrics and threads that have less impact on the environment.
It is the most ecological synthetic fiber of all, since it is the only one that begins as a by-product and is classified within the Higgs Index as one of the most sustainable fibers there is.
The characteristics of the resulting product are comparable to those of the virgin product, you can obtain a product (fabric, tape or thread with 30% -50% recycled material). Some colors cannot be obtained with recycled material since recycled PP is not white. Circular economy: PP can be recycled as many times as you like.
This PP degrades after 900 days outdoors, its properties are similar to normal or virgin PP. The applications are those of any textile product that is intended to have a life of max 3 years and then disappear into the environment.
A fiber degrades at the same rate as the materials that come from the transformation of natural products. This fact makes the PLA become a fertilizer for agricultural soil. Ecological webbings are the future.
Cotton is a totally vegetable fiber, which due to its soft touch makes its main market for clothing.Industrias Ponsa has developed a textured yarn called COSLAN®, a more sustainable alternative with the same characteristics.
Polyester can be recycled, especially from PET bottles. It is available in High tenacity and also textured. All the properties of the recycled yarn are similar to those of the virgin product.
