Tie cord
Type L & M. With or without loop. Minimum traction resistance. 30 kN (3.060 kg).
Type S nets are installed with tie cords at anchorage points capable of resisting the load.
The distance between the anchorage points must be below 2,5 m.
Link rope
Type N & O. With and without loop, minimum traction resistance of 7,5 kN (765 kg). Used to join different safety nets together. When different nets are linked there must be no unattached distances greater than 100mm within the area of the net. When type S nets are linked through lapping, the minimum overlap will be 2,0m. The edges are reinforced to avoid fraying.
